Row of 3 cottages. Later C18, altered. Handmade brick in Flemish bond, with stone slate roof. Rectangular double-depth plan, each cottage single-fronted. Two storeys over basement on sloped site so that basement is exposed at rear, 1+1+1 windows, those at ground floor segmental-headed, all 3-lights but now with altered glazing. Two- and 3-light casements in gable wall, plus blocked 3-light basement window with stone mullions; 3-light casements on all floors of rear, plus some other windows. Interior (reported 03.10.74): some exposed ceiling beams. History: formerly occupied by tannery workers (tannery closed 1959).
