Shops and offices. c1870, altered late C20. Red brick, with stucco dressings and slate roof. Italianate style. Bracketed eaves cornice. 3 storeys plus attics; 3 window range. Upper floors have original plain sashes. Renewed central wooden doorcase flanked by replica shopfronts with plate glass windows and fascia cornice on brackets. On the first floor, a round-arched window with segmental pediment on brackets. On each side, a canted wooden bay window, 3-lights, with a similar pediment. Above again, a round-arched window flanked by paired windows, all with moulded surrounds and bracketed sill band. Attic has similar fenestration with smaller flat-headed windows. INTERIOR has one ground floor room with moulded cornice.
