House, now consulting rooms. c1845 with mid C20 alterations, restored late C20. Brick with ashlar dressings and hipped slate roof with single ridge and single side wall stacks. Plinth, chamfered quoins, first floor band, modillion wood eaves. 3 storeys; 3 window range of plain sashes with brick flat arches with double keystones. Above, 3 similar smaller sashes with a small square window between the pair to right. Central wooden doorcase with steps, plain pilasters and cornice, with moulded 4-panel door and overlight. On either side, a plain sash with brick flat arch, double keystone and panelled stone apron. Left return has a single blank on each floor to right, with bracketed sills and keystones. On the ground floor, to left, a 12 pane sash. INTERIOR not inspected.
