House, later a warehouse, now cafe and snooker club. c1770, restored and altered c1980. Red brick, with rendered ground floor and ashlar dressings, and slate roof with modillion wooden eaves. 3 storeys; 4 window range of C20 casements on a sill band and with keystone wedge lintels. Above again, 4 smaller casements. Ground floor has a recessed entrance to left, and a wooden shopfront to right, both late C20.
