Warehouse. c1880. Red brick with terracotta dressings. Roof not visible. Italianate style. Ground floor cornice, sill bands, modillion eaves cornice. Windows are plain sashes. 3 storeys plus basement; 6 window range. Ground floor, divided by brick pilasters, has passageway and renewed door to left. To right, 5 windows with basement openings below. First floor has 6 windows with pediments. Second floor has 6 smaller windows with keystones. All have moulded architraves. Included for group value.
