Shop and dwelling. C18, with later alterations. Stucco; hipped composite tile roof. 3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range: late C19 2/2 sashes in moulded cases, to 1st and 2nd floors. Late C19 shop front: central glazed door and overlight, recessed between canted plate-glass windows, under moulded fascia-board and hood with enriched console; cast-iron cellar grilles. Right returned side: returned shop front, with tier of 2/2 sashes, over. Rear wing: 10/10 sash and fixed light, in moulded cases, to 1st floor; C19 plank door and overlight and 4-panel door with barred overlight and blocked shop-window, with fascia-board overall. INTERIOR not inspected.
