Pair of terraced houses, now offices, with boundary walls and gate piers. 1834-39, late C20 restoration. Red brick, pantile roof. 3 storeys and basement, each house is 2 windows wide with entrance on left. Panelled doors with overlight in stone architraves with keystone. Fenestration: flat brick arches, stone sills, restored small-pane sashes. Eaves brackets, ridge stack to right of each property. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: gate piers: restored, square section with cornice and shallow pyramid capstones. Boundary walls flanking gate piers and on northern side of forecourt: approx 1m high, brick, stone copings, some restoration. For history, see No.2 Blenheim Terrace, Woodhouse Lane (qv).
