Vicarage, now house. c1830, altered C20. Probably by Thomas Taylor. For Stephen Nicholson of Roundhay Park. Tudor style. Coursed squared gritstone with herringbone tooling, sawn stone surrounds, slate roof with gabled ends with large ornate barge-boards with pendants, wide eaves. Moulded string course at floor level. 2 storeys. Asymmetrical plan with projecting gables and flat 2-storeyed square bay windows with coved stone cornices to garden front and left return. Dripmoulds and chamfered reveals to windows, wood mullion/transom with glazing bars. Grouped octagonal chimney shafts with crenellated caps. INTERIOR: not inspected.
