Row of 4 cottages with house to left. Early C19, restored C20. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roof with gable copings. Cottages: 2 storeys, 4 widely-spaced windows, restored paired sashes with glazing bars, stone mullions, sills, lintels. Panelled doors in plain stone surrounds, paired in centre. Stone ridge stacks. House on left: double-fronted, with central door with fanlight in keyed round arch with impost blocks. Flanking and 1st-floor sashes with renewed glazing-bar frames, wedge lintels, 1st-floor sill band; moulded eaves cornice and blocking course, 2 tall corniced stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
