House. Late C18. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. Plinth. Central panelled door with overlight in plain surround with cornice. Sash with glazing bars in plain surround above entrance; flanking sashes wider, with margin lights. First-floor sill band, moulded eaves, blocking course, gable copings, ashlar stack on ridge, right of centre, upper part rebuilt in brick; brick stack left Small dormer window in centre of roof. Left return: 1st-floor and eaves band, semicircular gable window with modern frame. Right return: 3 windows and altered round-arch attic window. INTERIOR: not inspected.
