2 houses, now offices, with area railings. 1815-22, altered
late C19. By John and George Bischoff. Red brick, Flemish
bond, slate roof. 3 storeys and basement, each of 3 bays. A
matched pair with entrance left: fielded-panel doors, fluted
Doric columns, entablature and cornice, plate-glass sashes,
stone sills and rubbed-brick arches.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Railings: column standards, pierced finials to bars.
Part of the development by the Bischoffs which included 13
houses filling the NE side of the square.
