Bollard. Mid C19. Cast-iron. Approx 1m high. Moulding to base and neck, flattened ball top. Oxford Row was set out in 1822 and linked through to the earlier St James' Street, south of Woodhouse Lane; Great George Street was laid out c1840 and most of the south side was built up in the 1850s.
