GV II

House. Early C19. Painted stucco, C20 slate roof with tall brick stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Plinth, coved eaves cornice, narrow overlight to 6-panel door glazed to the top, doorcase with a cornice on rectangular brackets (probably the tops of former pilasters), panelled reveals and soffit, flanked on both floors by 8/8-pane sash windows; 6/6-pane sash above the door. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: a blank wall to the right has C20 planked door.
