Commercial premises. Mid C19. Painted stucco, slate roof hipped to the left. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 5-window range. Wide bracketed eaves; moulded archivolts with imposts and keystones to semicircular arched windows with horizontal glazing bars to 2/2-pane sashes. Central first-floor window is flanked by moulded pilasters with semicircular-arched recesses, paired windows to each side are flanked by similar clasping pilasters. C20 shop to the ground floor has banded quoins. Rendered to rear with glazing bar sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected. A distinguished stucco commercial facade, modest in scale but prominently sited opposite United Reform Church, now Church House (qv).
