Shop and flat. C18 with earlier origins; C19 rear extension. Timber-framed and rendered with painted brick front and plain tile hipped gambrel M-roof; red-brick rear extension. Ridges at right-angles to street; extension to the rear with one gabled block and lean-to against adjoining property all with plain tiles. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic; 4-window range. 2 hipped dormers with 2-light casements and plain parapet. 1st floor has 4 plain sash windows; ground floor has C19 shop front with glazed tiles on stall-risers and double door in recessed entrance. The rendered south-east flank has one 16-pane sash on 1st floor over large-paned C19 window. To the rear of the C19 extension is a C20 corrugated asbestos-roofed, single-storey building which is entrance to flat. INTERIOR: a C15 tie beam on the north-west flank with jowled post supporting this in north corner of front range.
