Pair of semi-detached cottages. Mid C19. London stock brick with hipped slate roof and stack through front half on party wall. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. High rendered plinth. 1st floor has 16-pane sash windows with segmental heads. Ground floor has 2 similar windows (C20 coloured motif in No.13) and 2 entrances with semicircular heads and C20 doors. Single-storey outhouses at rear. INTERIOR: not inspected.
