Office and house. C19. Painted brick with gabled plain tile roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4-window range; slated lean-tos on each unit and further C20 lean-to with aluminium windows on No.3A. Front has 2 ridgeline stacks and 4 canted oriel bay windows on 1st floor. These have flat roofs and sash windows with a single vertical glazing bar, now with leaded-light glazing. Ground floor has continuous fascia on 11 short pilasters enclosing plain leaded-light windows, some with transom and ventilator over. Flat roofed recessed extension of C20 on north-east end with 6-panel door to No.5 and window over. Exposed brick on flank is red in Flemish bond. INTERIOR: not inspected.
