Pair of houses. c1840 with earlier origins; renovated c1985.
Front of orange-grey mottled brick in Flemish bond, rear
incorporates orange brickwork in random bond; stuccoed window
lintels and timber guttering; tiled roof at front, pantile at
rear; brick stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 4-window front. Carriage arch and two
doorcases have reeded jambs: arch has frieze with grooved
keyblock, doorcases beaded friezes beneath flat cornice hoods
on reeded consoles. All windows are 12-pane sashes with
painted sills and channelled wedge lintels with grooved
keyblocks. Moulded eaves guttering on paired modillions.
