Pair of small houses. Early-mid C19; altered. Stucco painted white with quoining painted black (gable walls pebble-dashed), slate roof with stone gable coping and red ridge tiles. Double-depth plan, each house single-fronted, built halls-adjoining. 2 storeys, 2+2 windows, symmetrical; with a plinth, raised quoining and a 1st-floor sillband. The ground floor has coupled square-headed doorways with early C20 panelled and part-glazed doors protected by a trellised double porch with hipped roof (now felted). Each house has a large hornless 16-pane sash at ground floor and 2 slightly smaller but similar sashes above, all with raised quoined surrounds and those at ground floor now furnished with louvred external shutters. Gable chimneys. Rear and interior not inspected. Forms group with Nos 32 and 34 (qv) to the right.
