House, now shop and flat. Early C19 with C17 rear wing: early C19 shop window with altered glazing. Painted brick at front and rear, with timber shopfront: slate roof with rebuilt brick stack. EXTERIOR: 3-storey 2-window front. Shopfront framed in narrow pilaster strips has glazed and moulded panel double doors to right of shallow 4-light bow window beneath full-width moulded cornice. First floor has 16-pane sash window with segmental brick arch to left of small 4-pane sash: two similar on second floor. Rear: ground floor windows are 16-pane sashes. First floor windows are 3x3-pane casements with one 2-light fixed window to wing. Wing has cogged brick eaves course. INTERIOR: fragmentary timber-framing visible in wing.
