House. Circa 1830s, extended later C19. Red brick. Welsh slate roof with gabled ends, corbelled brick eaves and lead roll to ridge. Brick stacks at gable ends. PLAN: 3-bay house with central entrance and rear outshut; extended by one bay on right (east) later in C19. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay south front with 16-pane sashes, centre first floor 12-pane sash, cambered brick arches; central doorway with pilastered doorcase, the canopy or porch removed. Set back on right, with lower roof, a 1-bay extension with casement windows. The roof at the rear is carried down as catslide over a 2-storey outshut with casement windows and a brick stack on west end.
