House. c1800, altered late C19 and extended C20. Dressed stone
with ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roof with stone stacks.
Bracketed eaves and coped gables with kneelers.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys. Bracketed eaves and coped gables with
kneelers. Plinth, first and second-floor sill bands. Entrance
front has three windows. Central door with part glazed double
panel doors and overlight in moulded ashlar surround, the hood
and brackets forming the sill to the 2/2 sash above in moulded
surround. To right a 2/2 sash in similar surround with hood
forming the sill to the similar sash above. To left a 2-storey
canted ashlar bay window with 2/2 and plain sashes. Above three
smaller 2/2 sashes in plain ashlar surrounds with sunken side
panels.
Right return has similar fenestration with two 2-storey canted
ashlar bay windows with sashes, and attic window to right.
The 2-storey extension to rear has a projecting open porch.
