School, now house. Date on memorial plaque: 1799. Stone with slate roof. One storey, 3 bays. Windows and entrances have simple surrounds. Windows have casements. Blocked entrances to 1st and 2nd bays, that to 3rd bay has glazed door. Left return to street has blocked round-headed window with impost blocks and keystone, sashed window with glazing bars to right. Gable-end stack has moulded base and cap. Built as Wallasey Grammar school and used as such until 1864.
