Cottage. Mid-late C19. Plastered cob on rubble footings; rubble or brick stack topped with brick; thatched roof. Two-room house facing north-west, away from road. Central axial stack serving back to back fireplaces. Two-storeys with lofts. Two-window front of late C19 and C20 casements, some with glazing bars. Central door with C20 porch and water closet. Roof gabled to left and half-hipped to right. Unglazed loft ventilator in right end and horizontal-sliding sash to rear (road). Plain carpentry detail inside.
