Terrace of cottages. Mid C18. Stone. Stone slate roof, 2 storeys. One window on ground floor of 3 or 4-lights. No 239 has stepped head. First floor windows are of 2, 3 or 4-lights. All mullions and window surrounds are square. Plain door- ways with deep stone lintels. Single storey outbuilding to left. Nos 2 and 4 Fold (qv) form rear wing of No 239.
