Late C18. Three storeys, attic, rendered brick. Gable end pantile roof with central dormer. Two windows each floor, recessed sashes, later glazing, flat stucco arches. Entrance to right hand at first floor level - door of six fielded panels, rectangular fanlight, approached by flight of eight stone steps, plain C18 rails with urn finials to standards. The ground floor has paired sash window.
Listed for group value.
All the listed buildings on the North Side from Nos 2 to 30 form a good group.
