Late C18. Three storeys, attic and basement. Red brick with chamfered, rusticated, stone quoins, moulded stone cornice and blocking course. Low gable end slate roof. One gabled dormer.

Three window front with entrance in right hand ground floor bay. Recessed sashes, glazing bars intact, except for ground floor, flat gauged brick arches. Paired sash basement window. Door of six-fielded panels with plain semi-circular fanlight in painted wood doorcase of similar design to that of No 5 (qv) with engaged Corinthian columns, broken entablature ornamented to front with flat relief vase and to sides oval leaf moulding, open pediment over. C19 iron railings with double scrolled leaf heads to area.

Interior has late C18 open string staircase, shaped brackets, turned balusters, swept continuous moulded handrail.

Nos 5 to 13 (consec) form a group.
