Lodge to Buckland House (qv). Circa late C18 or early C19. Coursed limestone rubble. Welsh slate low-pitched, hipped roof. Buff-coloured brick stacks. Small rectangular plan lodge facing drive with later wing at rear forming L-shaped plan. Classical style. Single-storey; 3 bays, centre pedimented bay advanced and with large round-arched niche plastered inside, 12-pane sash to right and left. Doorway on right-hand (south) side with panelled and glazed door and wooden porch (probably later) with fluted Ionic columns and pilasters, its entablature replaced by later canopy. 2-storey wing at rear. INTERIOR not inspected.
