Artisans' cottages. 1909. Designed by George Hubbard and Arthur Walter Moore for the Improved Industrial Dwellings Co., in consultation with Parker and Unwin. Painted rendering with weatherboarding to peaks of two-span facing gable which
strikes the dominant chord of the facade; Roof of tile with swept eaves and gable kneelers of tile; half dormers to returns. Two storeys. Three-window range. Vernacular Revival style, nearly identical to Nos. 82 and 84 Willifield Way. Bilaterally symmetrical except for the single window above entrance to No.100; the remaining first-floor windows are doubled; all have sashes of an original design, 6 X 6. Entrances near outer corners, set within segmental-arched, recessed porches; flanking party wall is a pair of tripartite windows with sashes of an original 6 X 6 and 4 X 4 design. weatherings to windows on main elevation. Painted brick
plinth. Axial stack to front slope of hipped roof to rear of facing gables. Part of a group designed by Hubbard and Moore for the Improved Industrial Dwellings Co., and consisting of Nos. 70-124 Willifield Way even, (q.v.); the units are roughly symmetrical about the green.
