Detached house. 1910. Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin. Red
brick in Flemish bond; tile hanging. Roofs of tile with swept and boxed eaves. Two storeys. L-plan house, designed as the mirror image to No.113 Willifield Way (q.v.). Ranges of one and two windows. Vernacular Revival style, Entrance at inside corner, set under later C20 porch; above a gable-headed half dormer with three-light casement of original design, flat arched; casement just below eaves to the left has been much altered. Ridge stack to right return wall. Stack to front slope of main range and centred on ridge line of crosswing. Rear entrance porch of mid C20 date; the three half dormers above appear to be after an original design. Although the house has been altered, it is listable on the grounds of its group value, relating to Nos. 113, 123-133 (odd), 126-156 (even) Willifield Way (q.v.) and Nos. 38, 40 and 42 Asmuns Hill, even (q.v.).
