Cottages. c.1910, to the designs of Edwin Palser. Unpainted pebbledash to end units, the centre units painted; hipped roofs of tile, with pair of gable-facing ranges to centre. Leaded casement lights and doors of original design. The block identical in design to Nos. 1-7 (odd) Meadway Gate (q.v.) , and forming one half of this fine pair of gateway buildings, serving to mark the entrance to the Suburb from Hoop Lane.
