HIGH STREET 1. 5407 (North Side) No 109 (The Georgian Restaurant) SU 1869 1/29 18.7.49. SU 1868 2/29 II GV 2. C18. 3 storey. Tile hung (shaped tiles) carried up to parapet with bold coved cornice at top. 6 casement windows on 2nd floor (early C19 type). 6 C18 windows on lst floor. 3 modern segmental bow windows each with plain frieze and dentilled cornice on ground floor, and early C19 door to left hand of centre in moulded frame under Doric porch with slender pilasters and columns, entablature and bracketed cornice. Narrow painted wood string across front over ground floor windows. Early C19 extension at back of red brick with hipped old tile roof and wide flat eaves. Large central angular bay window on western end at lst floor level. No 104 to 110 (consec) form a group.
