Workshop. c1874, altered. Part of works laid out by Charles Lynam for the Craven Dunnill Tile Company. Mottled brick; coated tile and corrugated sheet roofs. 1 storey rectangular range with double roof and outshsut on north side. West end has 2 double doors and various wooden casements with glazing bars including window to each gable. North side has low eaves; 4 broad casement windows and 2 doorways; lower outshut on right with 3 boarded doors; roof lights. Originally where glazes were prepared; would have housed grinding machines and a frit kiln.
