2 houses, formerly one. Probably C18 or earlier with later alterations and additions. Framed on brick footings, tile-hung with dark brown tiles; peg- tile roof; brick stacks.

Plan: The main range faces south, fronting the road. It has an approximately central entrance and rooms heated from end stacks. Hawthorns, to the left, has a rear left (north west) wing at right angles, heated from an end stack. Roundabouts, to the right has a probably C20 block set back from the main range. Details of plan unclear on survey as interior not inspected.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front to the main range, which has a hipped roof and projecting end stacks with tile-hung set-offs. C20 front door slightly to right of centre. 4 first floor, 3 ground floor small- pane C19 or C20 casement windows. The north west wing (part of Hawthorns) is 3 windows, tile-hung on the first floor the ground floor brick. Rear elevation not inspected.

Interior: Not inspected but may be of interest.
