The description shall be amended to read:-
Semi-detached houses. Late C18 and early C19. Stock brick and stuccoed dressings, roofs of slate. The houses are built back-to-back instead of side- by-side, and presents only one bay each to the road. Both houses have 2 storeys and form bays under the principal roof, the original fenestration being sashes under cambered arches and the first floor window nearest to the road blocked up. Semi-circular bays to ground floor, either side of entrance with tripartite sashes, cornice and blocking course. No 305 retains an original doorcase with 6 fielded panelled door, tented lead canopy and wooden trellis. Hipped roof. C19 extensions to west and, in the case of No 303, C20 single storey extension to south. Both No 303 and No 305 retain original staircases. No 305 retains original internal shutters to the semi-circular bays on the ground floor.
