On the north west side of the range a double span wing with 2 gables: A pair of semi-circular arched windows to each floor of each gable wall with small pane cast iron frames.

The LH gable has a central vertical boarded hoist housing projecting from second floor to ridge level. The RH gable contains a central arched window similar to those below. The main range has segmental arched windows with cast iron frames to each floor, brick dentil eaves cornices and brick dentil string courses to the added floors. A hoist housing with corrugated asbestos sheet cladding projects from the NE gable. Internally: boarded floors on pitch- pine or oak joists and bridging beams supported on circular cast iron columns at mid span. Roofs are mainly queen post and purlin construction.
