House and estate offices. Late C18 (possibly carried out in 1772-6 by the younger Matthew Brettingham when he was working on the mansion; q.v.). Squared and coursed rubble with flush rusticated dressed stone quoins, stone dressings and hipped stone slate roofs; stone ridge stacks, some renewed. U-shaped block of 2 storeys with offices to left and Andover House to right and centre. The rear wall of the central wing forms the south-east range of the stable courtyard (q.v.). Windows are cross-mullioned wooden casements and French windows to ground floor, 2-light casements above, all in blocked stone surrounds. North-east front to Andover House has early C19 Gothick facade with 2-light pointed-headed windows with 'Y' tracery to ground floor and quatrefoil windows above; moulded cornice and blocking course to parapet. C20 porch in the angle with stable range (q.v.). Bell turret on ridge of centre wing: square in plan with open top and pyramidal cap; clocks on south- east and north-west faces.
