Details
INGLETON LAUNDRY ROAD SD 67 SE 9/4 Field House - - II Farmhouse. Mid-C18. Pebbledash, painted stone dressings, slate roof. Central staircase plan. Rear to street. Entrance front: 2 storeys, double fronted. Entrance right of centre has plain surround on square base, c1970 glazed door. 2 windows per storey: all 2-light flat faced mullioned with moulded surrounds, all heightened, C20 casements. Square modillions. Shaped kneelers, gable coping and gable end ridge stacks. Rear includes former entrance with roll moulded imposts, now window with sashes. Central staircase window runs full height of house with 4 transoms; sashes and 6 and 9 pane fixed lights. Shaped modillions. Right-hand ground floor 3 light flat faced mullioned window; casements and fixed lights.
