II

2 houses, now house. c.1800, mid C19. Red brick. Hipped concrete tiled roof with moulded brick eaves and single ridge stack. 3 storey, 3 bay south front with first and second floor bands. Doorway to left with wedge lintel, overlight and plank door. 2 plain sashes to right. 2 plain sashes above flank a blind opening. 2 smaller plain sashes above flank a small blind opening. All the windows with wedge lintels and segmental heads. 3 storey, 3 bay east front with first and second floor bands. Blocked doorway to right with plain sash inserted with wedge lintel. Blocked window to left with plain sash beyond with segmental head and wedge lintel. 3 plain sashes above with segmental heads and wedge lintels. 2 smaller plain sashes above. Additions to north and west of no interest. Phoenix House is not included in this list.
