Semi-detached house C17, modified. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings, some stones possibly
fire-reddened; double Roman clay tiled roof between tall coped gables, probably replacing thatch; brick and and
intermediate chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Bay 1 has hollow- chamfered mullioned windows in chamfered recesses,
4-light above without label, and below a 1+3+1-light angled bay with hipped Welsh slate roof over moulded eaves string;
to upper bay 2 and both levels bay 3 are 3- light horizontal-bar casement windows with timber lintols above and
concrete below: to lower bay 2 a chamfered cambered-arched doorway without label, framing a C20 door. Matching lower
outbuilding attached to south west. Interior not seen.
