GV II TONBRIDGE ROAD TQ 75 SW TESTON (North Side) 2/260 Lodge and Railings to North-East side of South-East drive to Barham Court GV II Gate lodge. Early C19. Stuccoed brick with slate roof. Square, with shallow projection along rear wall, stopping short of gable ends, and not internally subdivided. Single storey on stuccoed plinth. Plat band continued from window imposts. Rusticated quoins. Flat panelled eaves soffits. Pyramidal roof. Projecting rendered stack to right. Round-headed sash to centre of rear projec- tion, and round-headed window opening in round-headed recess to centre of front wall. Boarded door with semicircular fanlight with radiating glazing bars in round-headed recess to centre of left gable end. Stuccoed lean-to to right gable end. Spear-headed iron railings and gate-pier panel towards front of left gable end. See also item 2/259.
