Details
The following buildings shall be included:
1. 5106 CHURCH STREET
SO 9084 1/1 No 1 GV II 2. House, now offices. Mid C18 with later alterations. Painted brick with plain-tile roof, brick dentilled eaves, and coped gables. 2 storeys and attic. 3-window range of an 8-pane sash either side a wooden mullion and transom window. Projecting flat arches with keystones. Central double 6-panelled door has fanlight and elaborate door- case with pilasters supporting sections of entablature and modillioned open pediment. To either side a later square bay window. C20 window in left attic gable. Further casements and door to rear where there are triple gables. Interior noted as having dog-leg staircase with turned balusters. Included for group value only.
