ST5115 BRYMPTON D'EVERCY CP _ 10/23 Base of churchyard cross, in churchyard, about 12 metres west of nave, Church of St. Andrew (formerly listed as Remains if Churchyard Cross) 19.4.61 GV II Base of cross. Probably C15. Ham stone. Circular base nearly 3 metres in diameter, 550mm high, set on chamfered plinth, with pronounced nosing, then two steps each 150mm rise and 200mm wide; socket about 800mm square and 375mm high, broached on top corners; small fragment of shaft, octagonal on plan. (Pooley, Old Crosses of Somerset, 1877).
