Cottage, now an office, early C19, altered c.1900. Dressed sandstone with
tooled margins; Welsh slate roof with stone ridge and gable copings and stack
at left end. 2 storeys, one bay. 6-panelled door to right. One tripartite
sash window with glazing bars on each floor, that on first floor renewed in
enlarged opening breaking into c.1900 gabled half-dormer. Garage adjoining
left-hand side is not of interest. Included for group value.
