TIDENHAM GENERAL ST 59 NE 10/200 Monument to Richard Jenkins in the churchyard c16 metres south of east chancel wall of Church of St Mary and St Peter - II Upright chest tomb. Early C19. Sandstone. Flat pyramidal weathered top, quarter balusters, drafted panels, high base, overgrown with ivy at time of survey, December 1983. Set on platform. Earliest legible inscription to Richard Palmer Jenkins, 1826. One of a group of 3 monuments stepping down slope.
