LOWER ROAD TQ 75 SW EAST FARLEIGH (North Side) 2/46 School House 20.12.1983 GV II
Schoolmaster's house, now house. 1855 by J. Clarke. Uncoursed ragstone with plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Slightly projecting corbelled first- floor gable end stacks with gault brick flues. Projecting 2-storey stone porch to right of centre with short stone chimney rising from gable. Swept eaves to porch. Irregular fenestration of three 2-light casements, that to porch within pointed-arched recess. Similar windows to ground-floor. Boarded door in chamfered pointed-arched stone architrave towards right side of porch. See also item 2/45.
