1. 1042 CHURCH WALK No 52 (Blueitts) SU 0161 3a/232

2. C17 with timber frame, altered C18 and considerably altered fenestration to front early C20. 2 storeys rough cast, brick ground floor to rear with timber frame visible. L plan. Projecting gabled bay to front, entrance wing set back to left. Stone tiled roof on south side and rear, pantiles on north slope and entrance wing. Tall full height red brick chimney with offsets partly refaced in Bath stone, set on south front in angle between gabled bay and main block. The gabled bay to front has a 3 light leaded early C20 casement on lst floor and similar fenestration to rectangular bay on ground floor with hipped stone tile roof. North entrance wing: 1 window lst floor breaking up through eaves, moulded flush frame, sash, 4 panes wide. Ground floor tripartite C19 sash window. Original oak door survives divided into 3 panels by battens, narrow rectangular fanlight over. Side elevation to south has 2 small 2 light C19 casements in moulded flush frames on 1st floor. Conservatory and French window ground floor. Rear elevation: 3 light casement dormer, with hipped stone tile roof and cheeks. 2 windows lst floor, 3 on ground floor, 2 light C19 casements, one modernised.
