Cottage. Circa 1725 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Red plain tiled gambrel roof. Rear extension. Left and right red brick chimney stacks. One storey and attics. Four catslide dormers. Four two-light small paned casements. Central C20 catslide porch, straight bracket supports, C20 small paned double doors. Two red brick fireplaces with iron soffit ties. Through bracing to walls. Frame exposed internally. At one time a workhouse.
