TQ 2682 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER SUTHERLAND AVENUE, W9 31/2 (north-west side) 9.8.85 Nos 176 to 186 (even) GV II Terrace. Mid C19, altered later. Brick, stuccoed with channelled ground floor. 4 storeys and basement, attic to part largely rebuilt in C20. Each house 2 bays. 4 bays to right breakforward and have quoins. Doric porches, some mutilated, containing doors with overlights. Casement windows, some segment-arched. Iron balcony to 1st floor. Casements to 1st floor in dentilled pedimented surrounds with attached composite columns. 1st floor band. 2nd floor casements in architraves with hoods on consoles. Guilloche band, part broken. Casements in architraves. Cornice, part with dentils and modillions. C20 alterations above.
