HAWKLEY LOWER GREEN SU 72 NE 10/1 Mabbotts Farmhouse 16.3.54 II Farmhouse. C17, C18. Timber-framed walls on a deep rubble stone base, with malm- stone and plaster infill, upper walls tile-hung. Hipped thatch roof, eyebrow dormers; shafted stack. A lobby-entrance house, with extensions (of C18 in frame- work and C19 in brickwork); south-east front of 1 storey and attic, 3 windows. Casements, one old leaded light. Heavy doorframe, with boarded door, beneath a tiled canopy.
